Cloud Kitchen Startup Curefoods Acquires Pizza Brand Yumlane

Cloud kitchen startup Curefoods has acquired the famous pizza brand Yumlane for an undisclosed amount. Curefoods had already acquired Yumlane’s franchisee rights for south India market in 2021.

In 2022, Curefoods acquired 10% stake in Yumlane and as per the recent updates, Yumlane got acquired completely by the startup. The acquisition will allow Yumlane to use Curefoods’ reach to boost its proprietary technology stack for Pizza.

Founded in 2016 by Hitesh Ahuja, Rueben Ghosh and Rahul Kumar, Yumlane is a cloud kitchen food brand platform focused on single users seeking indulgence meals at affordable price.

As per the startup, they have reached 15 cities with some of the leading names in their client list including Barbeque Nation, Curefoods, Frozen Bottle, and more.
