JustAd Raises $5M to Pair AI Advertising With Advertise Now, Pay Later

UAE adtech startup JustAd raised $5M from Imad Jomaa to expand internationally, pairing AI campaign management with Advertise Now, Pay Later.

UAE-based adtech startup JustAd has raised $5 million from angel investor Imad Jomaa to accelerate its international expansion. Founded in 2025 by Ahmed Elsayed, the company pairs AI-powered advertising management with an embedded financing model. The round’s stage and valuation were not disclosed.

JustAd positions itself as a marketing operating system. Businesses and agencies manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads from one platform, with AI-driven analysis, tracking and attribution, product catalogue tools, and consolidated reporting.

A conversational interface lets marketers ask questions about campaign performance in plain language, request reports, and receive optimization recommendations without jumping between dashboards. Budgets can be adjusted and campaigns paused directly through the chat.

Advertise now, pay later

The central bet is the Advertise Now, Pay Later model. Businesses launch campaigns immediately and pay their media costs in instalments over up to 12 months, with campaigns running through certified agency advertising accounts.

The logic targets a real cash-flow gap for small and medium businesses. Ad spend goes out as campaigns run, but the resulting sales revenue can arrive weeks or months later. JustAd bridges that gap so companies can scale campaigns without funding the entire media budget upfront.

“JustAd is solving two problems every advertiser has: knowing what works and having the cash to scale it.”

What the money funds

JustAd built its initial presence across the Middle East and North Africa, working with e-commerce brands, advertising agencies, and in-house marketing teams. The new capital will fund entry into additional markets through local sales and customer success teams, product localization, and deeper partnerships with the major ad platforms.

The company plans to begin onboarding customers in its first new markets in early 2027.

The next phase will test whether the model travels. Combining AI campaign management with financing worked for MENA advertisers, but customer acquisition costs, credit requirements, and media buying practices vary widely by market. If the instalment model holds up elsewhere, JustAd will have built a genuine new category at the intersection of adtech and fintech.
