AuxoAI Raises $20.7 Million in Series A Led by NTTVC to Scale Its Enterprise AI Teams

AuxoAI has raised $20.7 million in a Series A round led by NTTVC to expand its forward-deployed AI teams and scale enterprise AI delivery.

AuxoAI has raised $20.7 million in a Series A funding round led by NTTVC, the Silicon Valley venture capital firm backed by Japanese technology group NTT. The round brings three prominent technology executives onto the startup’s cap table as strategic investors and advisors.

The San Francisco Bay Area-headquartered company embeds AI strategists and engineers directly inside enterprise teams to design and deploy production-ready AI systems. The round was announced in a press release on October 20.

The details of the round

Joining the round as strategic investors are George Still Jr, Partner Emeritus at Norwest Venture Partners and a longtime Workday board member, Amit Zavery, President, Chief Product Officer and COO at ServiceNow, and Giacomo Sonnino, Managing Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners and former COO of QuantumBlack North America.

AuxoAI will use the fresh capital to expand its global team of forward-deployed AI specialists, invest in proprietary technology and AI-native delivery capabilities, and deepen its strategic ecosystem partnerships.

Founded in 2023 by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh, the company has teams across the United States, Europe and India. Its teams have worked with more than 40 clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare and telecommunications. Customers disclosed in the announcement include healthcare technology company athenahealth and restaurant chain Fogo de Chão.

At the center of the company’s approach is Damia, a proprietary workbench for its forward-deployed engineering teams. The platform combines a pre-built skill catalogue with a context layer drawn from earlier enterprise deployments, so new AI systems can reach production faster.

What the founders said

“We founded AuxoAI on a simple thesis: AI will fundamentally change how enterprises work, but technology alone will not make that happen. Our mission is to bring AI into the operating fabric of the enterprise by deeply understanding its context, a context that general-purpose AI does not inherently understand, and reimagining how work gets done. Our vision is to build a new kind of AI company – one that combines human expertise, enterprise context and engineering to stay with the problem from the first idea through measurable outcomes in production. This investment gives us the opportunity to scale that model globally.”

The statement was issued jointly by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh, the three co-founders of AuxoAI.

Why this round matters

Enterprises have been shifting from AI pilots to production systems, and many lack the in-house expertise to make that leap. Firms that pair engineers directly with client teams have seen rising demand as large organisations look for partners that understand their operations, not just their models.

“The authenticity and thoughtfulness they bring to customer conversations earn trust. Paired with deep enterprise understanding and the ability to deploy AI, that trust is the foundation for a lasting partnership on a customer’s most consequential work.”

That was Vab Goel, founding partner of NTTVC, in the funding announcement.

Earlier in 2026, AuxoAI was named an AI Pureplay Partner in Google’s Gemini Enterprise transformation program, which is backed by a $750 million investment in enterprise AI deployment. That relationship now sits alongside NTTVC’s capital as a credibility marker with large buyers.

The bottom line

AuxoAI’s challenge is execution rather than positioning. A people-heavy model has to scale without eroding margins, and the forward-deployed lane already includes better-funded competitors.

But a proprietary delivery platform in Damia, a client list the company can name publicly, and investors drawn from the exact executive ranks it sells to give the startup a solid foundation for its next phase.
