Bengaluru based everyday performance wear brand ReplyAll has raised Rs 9.7 crore in a funding round led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII.
The round also drew ISV, represented by Jivraj Singh Sachar, Long View Ventures, existing investors Sparrow and Antler, and angel investors. The company announced the round on 26 October 2026.
What the money will fund
ReplyAll will use the fresh capital for fabric research and development, product design and new product categories. It will also strengthen its retail presence and build its community. The plan turns a product led start into a broader brand with more places for customers to discover it.
A brand built around fabric first
ReplyAll, founded in 2025 by Rushabh Sanghavi, builds clothing for people who move between work, travel, sport and daily life. Its first three products were the Coolest Tee, All-In Pants and Stepwise Tee. The company said all three initial launches sold out.
Its fabric platforms are central to the pitch. Temperform is used in the Coolest Tee to manage heat, while Flexknit gives trousers stretch and wrinkle resistance. The company also describes Temperform as engineered to reduce skin temperature by 3 degrees Celsius.
Revenue has grown month on month for the past seven months, the company said. Repeat customers now account for 40 percent of revenue. That repeat rate matters more than a single sellout, because it suggests customers return after trying the fabric.
New leadership and an experienced founder
Harmind Singh has joined as co-founder and chief marketing officer. He will lead brand, marketing, creative work and product design alongside Sanghavi. Singh previously held design and creative leadership roles at PhonePe, BookMyShow and Uber.
Sanghavi brings more than 15 years of experience across consumer, retail and direct-to-consumer businesses in India and Australia. That background helps explain the focus on product and merchandising rather than trend led collections. It also raises the bar for execution, since the team cannot blame inexperience if growth stalls.
The new round follows an earlier Rs 6.8 crore round led by Sparrow Capital and Antler India. That first round also drew Bharat Founders Fund, DeVC and several direct-to-consumer founders. The return of Sparrow and Antler in this round signals continued confidence from investors who already know the business.
We believe everyday clothing should work harder for the life people actually lead.
Rushabh Sanghavi, founder and chief executive of ReplyAll
That sentence captures the bet. ReplyAll is not selling a trend, it is selling clothes that must work across several parts of a day without a change of outfit.
A large market with tough competition
India’s functional apparel market was worth USD 9.2 billion in 2025, according to IMARC Group, with a forecast of USD 12.1 billion by 2034. That growth gives ReplyAll room to expand, but it also attracts larger rivals. A small brand must win on fabric and repeat purchase, not on noise.
The challenge is clear. Customers can buy performance clothing from global sportswear brands and from a growing set of Indian labels. We recently covered So/Facet raising Rs 10 crore in a seed round, a reminder that consumer investors are still backing new Indian brands with a clear product story.
The honest view
The honest read is that Rs 9.7 crore is a seed round, not a war chest. It can fund fabric work, new categories and early retail, but it will not buy national scale alone. The next test is whether new categories repeat the sellout pattern of the first three products.
If repeat purchases stay near 40 percent and retail expands carefully, ReplyAll can grow into a credible Indian performance wear brand. If new products dilute the fabric story, the brand risks becoming another apparel label with a good launch and a thin second act.
