With an impressive two-decade career in human resources and organizational design, Anuradha is expected to play a crucial role in shaping the company’s talent transformation and culture strategy.
Bringing Extensive Experience to the Table
Anuradha Das joins Jeh Aerospace from her previous role as Chief of People Strategy at Jaguar Land Rover Technology and Business Services Limited India.
Her experience includes serving as the inaugural Chief Diversity Officer at Tata Motors and holding senior leadership positions in various organizations. Notably, she was the first woman to serve as Plant HR Head at both the Sanand and Pune manufacturing plants.
Her focus on progressive industrial relations has led to successful negotiations with trade unions, marking her as a leader with a strong track record.
In her new role at Jeh Aerospace, Anuradha will spearhead people operations, emphasizing the development of a high-performance and inclusive work culture. She will oversee the establishment of a comprehensive people and culture framework that encompasses talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, and leadership enablement.
