Due to this, the toy industry has always been divided along gender lines. This created confusion for parents and restricted children’s play options.
Playing with toys is an integral part of childhood development. It is important to offer children an opportunity to explore their interests, learn skills, and express creativity. Yet, traditional gender-specific toys have been doing the opposite.

Founding Vision
Troy Blocks founder Farah Ahmad is an innovator and serial entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in business leadership in the wellness and retail sectors.
In 2013, She opened her toy store, Sweet Root, in Bengaluru. There, she witnessed firsthand the restrictive nature of traditional toys. Its impact on children’s play experiences inspired Farah to create a toy company that offered a more inclusive and empowering alternative.
As a result, Troy Blocks was born!
Farah started Troy Blocks with the vision of disrupting the status quo. Her experience and motivation played a major role. Troy Blocks is not just a toy. It empowers children to embrace their individuality and express themselves freely.
