Freelancing is chaos!
Freelancers have to juggle multiple clients, projects, and administrative tasks all on their own. Freelancing promises freedom. However, flexibility does come with a price.
If you are a freelancer, you are familiar with sleepless nights and working for 12-14 hours straight chasing an already missed deadline. Things get worse when you manage multiple projects. Things get jumbled up, and disasters happen sometimes.
This is where dizayn.io steps in with their brainchild – Workvio. It’s a one-stop solution for freelancers to manage multiple projects with ease, redefining the freelancing landscape.
Let’s read their story and find out how Workvio will change the freelancing industry.
About Workv.io
Dizayn started their journey as a product development studio. They craft SAAS products and software solutions catering to clients’ needs. However, the idea to start Workvio came from the firsthand experience of the team as they worked as freelancers too.
Workv.io is an AI-enabled freelance project management tool that lets freelancers manage –
- clients
- projects
- tasks
- invoices
- contracts
- and proposals
Having the ability to manage everything in a single place is something every freelancer struggles with. This also leads to poor time management, and often you find yourself working at odd hours.
Workvio aims to eliminate that struggle so freelancers can actually enjoy flexibility.
Solving Major Problems and Challenges
For beginner freelancers, one of the biggest challenges is not the quality of the work they produce. It is the art of client management that includes handling invoices, payments, and deliveries.
Freshers have to struggle with managing everything, especially when they get multiple clients at once. Project management is an essential skill that takes a while to master. In the meantime, you have to scroll through messages and chats to submit one invoice or find necessary notes or important information.
Workvio keeps all data straight and aligned in a single spot. That way, you do not have to endlessly scroll through different platforms and applications to find crucial details. Additionally, the integration of AI streamlines the creation of proposals and contracts, transforming minutes into seconds.
Meet the Team
Behind the scenes of this innovative venture is a dedicated team. Being freelancers themselves once, they are driven by the passion for simplifying freelancers’ lives.
Hemal Rana, the Product Manager, envisions the path ahead.
Nishant Makwana, the Lead Designer, crafts the user experience with finesse.
Chirag Gupta, the Lead Developer, transforms ideas into reality.
Sachin Rathor, the GTM Manager, spearheads the Go-To-Market strategy.
Nirmit Shah, the Freelance SM Manager, forges connections with the freelance community.
In the words of Sachin Rathor, “I’m building Workvio for my 20-year-old self.”
Current Growth and Future Horizons:
Workvio’s recent launch marked the beginning of a new era for freelancers. In just a week, they got a waitlist of over 200 freelancers willing to test the platform. Workvio is still in its beta stage, but the numbers look promising for them right now.
They are planning to launch it to prominent product marketplaces, such as AppSumo, Product Hunt, and Betalist, expanding their reach and influence.
The Vision for Tomorrow:
It is just the beginning of Workv.io. The team is dedicated to continuously enhancing the tool and its features. AI integration is about to happen, which will improve the platform’s efficiency and usage.
The team is not going to stop there. A freelancing project has two parts – freelancer and client. Workvio team soon plans to develop a client portal as well, allowing them to manage invoices and project documents. It will enable seamless interaction between freelancers and their clients.
They are also planning to enable transactions on their platforms. This will enable users to pay and receive payments in various currencies, removing yet another hurdle from the freelancing journey.
In the founder’s words, “Give good teammates to good managers, and leave the best teammates to work independently without managers.” This philosophy echoes in Workvio’s mission to empower freelancers by providing them with more tools to master project management and enjoy a more flexible work-life balance.
