Onedios, a customer care aggregator platform, has successfully raised INR 6 Crores in a recent bridge round of funding. The investment, led by Inflection Point Ventures and VCATs, aims to empower retailers in offering Branded/OEMs extended warranties, replacing third-party options.
This innovative platform, established in 2019, serves as a game-changer in the consumer electronics industry. OneDios connects dealers, distributors, brands, and consumers seamlessly through patented technology. It facilitates rapid service bookings, prompt complaint resolutions, and digital interactions for over 100 renowned brands.
Nitin Chawla, the CEO, brings more than 16 years of experience in technology and consulting sales, notably from IBM. With a Ph.D. in Cloud Computing, Nitin spearheads technology development and B2B sales, known for his trailblazing innovation and leadership.
“We have started onboarding retailers to sell OEM extended warranties in Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra. Voltas, Daikin, and Bluestar Brand shops are our first target.
This fund will help us in having more and more retailers before the summer season kicks in. We are targeting to enable warranty sales to all OEMs through our platform via retailer channel.
